Refund Policy

Products are intangible goods that are digitally delivered and cannot be returned.

Your purchase is only eligible for a refund in the following situations:

You purchased two Services for the same Device, or two credits packages, accidentally.

We’re unable to process refunds in the following situations:

You claim the item is experiencing a technical issue, but are unable or unwilling to provide sufficient evidence for the technical issue. 

You need a partial refund for a credits package because you did not use all of them. 

You (or your client) no longer need the purchased product.

If our service fails to unlock or repair your device, we will contact you to confirm that the information entered when the order was placed was accurate.

If the information entered at the time the order was placed is correct, we reserve the right to required additional evidence to verify the claim that the unlock procedure did not unlock your device.

You will be required to send us a video recording showing the device in question, along with the IMEI number and the Serial Number on the sticker of the device and the IMEI number and the Serial Number displayed on the device screen.

Additionally, the video must show you inserting an alternate sim card in the device and the displayed message on the screen.

These measures are the only way that we can verify the validity of your claim. If the information is valid, we will provide a refund.

Carrier Unlocks:

Before you order our NETWORK UNLOCK SERVICES, make sure you follow our requirement checklist:

1. Be certain that the phone is locked, there will be no refund if your phone is already unlocked.

2. Be certain that your phone is Not blacklisted or reported LOST or STOLEN.

3. Make sure you select the correct phone model from the list. If you can’t find the model on the list, you must contact us first and do not select another model.

4. Make sure to give us the correct IMEI number network.

5. Make sure the device you want to unlock is not underfinanced, under contract, or IMEI getting blacklisted. You choose to unlock on your own risks.

A Network Unlock service is as refundable at any time as long as the order is not in process

While almost All Service is instant, in rare cases some services are not real-time instant so it may require two steps 

– Step 1 Read the Phone secure info for submitting to the server 

– Step 2  write the new info to the phone ( Unlocking the secure network locks )

In case the order has passed STEP 1 there is no way to cancel or refund the order 

We will not able to refund your money if our service fails to unlock your device for any reasons mentioned above.

For Phones that come from sprint & Verizon, after IMEI repair Services the phone will work only on GSM carriers only, will not work back with sprint or any CDMA carriers.

You are processing the service by understanding this and no refunds will be given if after we finish the servicing the devices and it doesn’t work with your selected CDMA carriers.

IMEI Repairs: 

Before you order our IMEI REPAIR SERVICES, make sure you follow our requirement checklist:

1. Be certain the phone is blacklisted IMEI.

2. Be certain that your phone is NOT Hardware Damaged. in order to check, press *#0011# on the phone and send us a screenshot before proceed.

3. Make sure you select the correct model from the list. IF you can’t find the model in the list, you must contact us first and do NOT select another model.

4. The phone must be on factory firmware, NO Custom ROMs.

6. PHONE KNOX WARRANTY MUST BE 0x0.

7. IMEI must not be nulled or /00.

An IMEI Repair service is as refundable at any time as long as the order is not in process.
